Our Boxercise classes consist of various exercise drills involving some warm-up, pad-work, punch work. The sessions are to accommodate all needs and both genders, adults and children 5 years and above.
NO SPARRING WILL BE INVOLVED DURING THIS SESSION.
Boxercise will give you a full body workout and lasts 1 hour including set-up and close-down of the session. All our instructors are fully qualified in Boxercise Instructor and are a member of the Mumbai Boxing. First time in Mumbai Boxercise
All Boxercise classes are fun and give all participants an aerobic style cardiovascular workout to help you burn calories in the most efficient way.
Timings: Tuesday and Thursday 7 to 8 am and 8 to 9 am.
Evening timings: Tuesday and Thursday 5 to 6 pm 6 to 7 pm.
Weekend Batches: Saturday and Sunday 4 to 5 pm and 5 to 6 pm and 6 to 7 pm.
